Property was clean.
Location convenient to where I was heading but neighborhood was not desirable

Our stay was fantastic. Front desk was very helpful. Recovery Room food was great and staff was friendly.
We called the property early on the day of check in and they didn’t have our reservation from booking.com but we send them our confirmation email and all was made right, thank God.

The room and view was very nice. Glad to have a restaurant and bar open at the hotel for late evenings.
Wish there was a free continental breakfast included + coffee downstairs.

Staff were generally helpful. Restaurant was good
There was a Hockey event / party on Saturday and Sunday. This meant that there were multiple parties of boys being allowed to play hockey in hallways, elevator banks and rooms on the sixth floor all Saturday evening from 5.00pm until 10.00pm and again from 8.30am on Sunday morning until check- out. A hotel is a hotel, NOT a playground
