The pull out couch was dirty and smelled like dog. Scratches on the side of sofa proved this theory.

Located around a lot of restaurants

The fact that I wasn’t made aware that the pool was out of service. That was one of the deciding factors in staying there.

It was pleasant but disappointing at the same time.

The staff member at the cafeteria was very welcoming and full of energy. The room was clean.

The website stated the hotel had a pool (which was the reach I booked that hotel) but when I got there I was advised the pool had been down since the pandemic. My children were very disappointed and the associate who checked us in was not very empathetic to the situation.

It was ok.

It was clean

My son is disabled and everyone randomly took up the handicapped spots without having proper paperwork showing they are able to park there. Staff said no one checked and didn’t seem concerned. That was super annoying. The pool was closed and we picked this hotel specifically for the pool for my sons therapy time. I wouldn’t have stayed had I. Known the issues

The breakfast was lukewarm. The eggs were flavor less and the waffle iron. Was so hot that it burnt your waffles and made them stick. Stayed for 2 days and for 2 days had the same breakfast. They need to switch it up each day. Stayed for 2 days it was eggs and sausage both days. they need to switch it up with like bacon and maybe pancakes instead of Flavor less eggs And sausage . Honestly, for the money you put out for the hotel and a breakfast. You could have had a better breakfast at a diner Close by.

Switch up the breakfast instead of having flavorless eggs and sausage everyday . Have like bacon or pancakes. Waffle iron was way too hot. Kept burning waffles and sticking to the machine. So it only cooked the waffles from outside and not the inside. Honestly For the price forr our stay, we could have gone up to a nearby diner and had a much better breakfast With flavor..we now know .

Suite layout with kitchen.

One of the deciding factors of hotel selection besides location was indoor pool which was noted on booking.com site, only to find out upon arrival that the pool was not operable and no longer available for use.

HOME AWAY FROM HOME

The staff , Liss, Sasha, and Tiara were exceptional. Their friendly service made our stay outstanding.

The pool was under repair, and it wasn't stated in the Bookings site.

Most unprofessional experience (not sure if it was even legal)

We didn't even stay there, they moved us to a different hotel without any prior notification.

My wife and daughter have celiac. When we travel we book a room with a kitchen to be able to accommodate their condition. When we arrived we discovered that they switched us to a different hotel. The new hotel is just next door and part of the Marriot hotels. However, it doesn't have a kitchen in the room. Sadly, my daughter and my wife had to sleep the first night without being able to eat. The next morning we checked out and booked another hotel

Roomy and comfortable

Clean, large rooms. Big shower with good quality shampoo, body wash and conditioner. Great location. Nice free continental breakfast.

Only 1 coffee pack available and minimal sugar when slated for a 2 night stay for 2 people. Couch was a bit hard.

Front dest was very friendly, place was clean.

.During the week the breakfast was grab & go. It should have been a hot breakfast every day. They where supposed to do housekeeping once during my stay they didn't. Dog feces needed to be cleaned up every day from the grass area. No evening social dinner. Price was a bit high for the lack of amenities.

Our experience was one of a kind, not something we’ve experienced before at a hotel.

The location was convenient and the breakfast was okay. The mounted tv with the greeting and access to streaming platforms was convenient. The staff was as accommodating as they could be when we spoke to them.

Staff wasn’t readily sitting at the front desk at any point that we needed them, it seems they were always in a back room. We asked for a non-smoking room, but the entire facility smelled like cigarette smoke was trapped in the carpets and being masked by wall plug-in scents. The pictures on the website led us to believe that the room was much bigger/more spacious than it actually was. The couch/pull-out bed had old dried rice, dirt, crayons and pens under the mattress, also, the mattress did not look clean, so when we tried to flip it to make it up, that’s when all of the items mentioned above were revealed. The guests included a couple (man & woman) and two other men. Having to keep the bedroom door open for them to have access to the bathroom throughout the night was uncomfortable.

The staff was lovely. They were helpful and and friendly. The cleanliness bothered me a bit.

The breakfast looked nice but we were not able to eat that day. I liked that we had a great deal of room, but we ended up not bringing our other two children or dogs. So, when I tried to move to a smaller room I was told there were no more available.

The room was not super clean. Considering that it is a pandemic, there should have been a much cleaner atmosphere. Then, when I placed my bag down next to the "TV," the entire piece of very heavy wood slammed down. I was lucky that it did not hit my foot. I completely forgot to tell the front desk. I used Clorox Wipes to clean up parts of the room that were not very clean.
