The front desk associate Mark. I believe his name is. Was above and beyond he really deserves a raise or promotion something. He made us feel so welcome. The room was nice and clean.
The pool was closed, so that was very disappointing and one of the reasons we chose this hotel. The kids were supremely disappointed. I understand that it was being renovated but there was no warning about this ahead of time. Or I would have chosen a different hotel for the price point.

Breakfast had a very good variety of food and the location was good.
Only a few issues like the pool not being available and not being told it was out of service. Also the outside recreation area being used late at night disturbed our sleep.

Pool not open due to renovations, but also totally understood and appreciate wanting to upkeep everything.

The pool was closed and our room didn't have a sofa couch as advertised. The staff was nice and tried to find another accommodation, but to no avail. The two main reasons why I booked this hotel was so the kids could swim off energy after spending 8 hours in the car, and so we could have 3 separate beds, neither of which we got.
