Big room.
The greeting was very matter of fact and not welcoming.
The sofa bed wasn’t made up on arrival. When we asked for it to be done we were given the sheets.
Although there were 3 adults we were only provided with extras such as coffee for 2. On asking for more I was given cups and coffee and told to get the milk from the breakfast room,
Breakfast choice was ok but the paper plates and plastic cutlery weren’t. It’s impossible to cut bacon with the utensils provided.
The swimming pool was “frothy”. Guests were told it was useable. Just a chemical imbalance. Not inviting.
It’s also worth noting there are 2 new hotels being built either side. When we left at 7,30am work had started.

The $50 charge for the dog feels excessive since most hotels charge between $20-25.
Super close to freeway with no views.
