We love the food and the kitchen staff! Everyone overall was pretty kind!
The elevator system was down the first couple of days.It was better once it got fixed! I wish you had free breakfasts station with a coffee barš¤øš¾šš¾

Location was just what the doctor ordered. Medical procedure in the morning and hospital/clinic was a half a block away. Slept most of the next day with no interruptions.

Very clean and beds were so comfortable!
The staff was not together on anything. I had to extend my stay but I had to go through the hotel to keep the same room. They gave me a price of $114 but I got a call today and was told that was incorrect it would be $146. Thatās pretty sad when the first 2 nights were $92. It seems like they need to do some training.

The toilet in room barely flushed. Tank didnt have water so we had to use bucket and fill. A/C was very on and off so was hot & cold all night. No elevator- had to use service elevator which meant we had to walk through storage closet to gain access.
