I like that the hotel is oceanfront and very accessible to the beach.
I did not like that one elevator broke while I was there. The parking is TERRIBLE!!! The parking lot at the hotel was always full, and the one across the street is super tight for SUVs.

Clean, rooms on the 6 floor down took longer to cool. Hotel was a little warm to me.

Our door would not shut without pulling hard
The phone rang off and on the first 2 days contacted front desk no one came so unplugged it
Hall carpet was stained like a banana split had been dropped at one point. Not us though
