Location is in the center of the Pearl district in the middle of town, the property was clean, stylish, and room was large.
Staff was more than helpful and friendly.

Charming, classic hotel, very clean. Staff was excellent at the front desk and for additional linens. Location was perfect for a walking downtown. Very good breakfasts a short distance away. Powell's book store is always a favorite stop when visiting Portland. We would definitely stay again!
Parking location was convenient below ground. However, maneuvering tight corners was difficult with an SUV-sized car.

Location in downtown Portland is unbeatable. Overall felt like a nice hotel. Room was fairly big.
The parking lot was full and the parking attendant was kind of rude about it and seemed surprised we'd expected parking to be available. A little stressful getting all setup, but managed to find street parking nearby.

Location of hotel was good. Hotel was very clean. Staff was overall pleasant.
Wi-Fi was almost unusable. Room was noisy. No drawers in room. Closet door does not stay open.
