The check in staff, Nyck(sp?) was so sweet and accommodating. The room was spotless, the bed was totally comfy, and the room had everything I needed to be comfortable...the microwave, hairdryer, fridge (just wish it had a little freezer section in the fridge!) It was a most pleasant room to stay in! I really appreciated having the breakfast available with a nice variety of choices and great that it stayed opened a little longer on the week-end! I didn't get to enjoy the pool or spa this time but it all looked very nice. Great value too!! The price was right!!
I struggled a little to get the temperature just right in the room. The A/C had only one direction the air flowed and it was either too cold or too warm...I eventually just opened the window and enjoyed the fresh air coming through during the night!

The room was very comfortable and a relaxing space and very cleanly presented. We went to an event and then came back to the room late, had a great sleep and relaxing breakfast. Great stay!
Only was in the area for 1 night, would have liked to have stayed longer.

It was a great value and a nice place. Quite a few choices of breakfast items
There was a large spill stain on the carpet. I brought it up and they were grateful i brought it to their attention

Room layout, room AC, room vanity mirror. Cleaness of the room. Having rooms next to one another. Quick exit to street.
No coffee during breakfast hour, automatic light sensor turning on all night during every movement detected. Having one trashcan available in the room. Rooms not being ready when we arrived. Not having a water station to refill water bottles. Pool being outside the hotel.
