This was our second time staying at Vacation Village and we enjoyed it so much. We enjoyed the amenities and the location is great. Close to a lot of great restaurants and shopping. The unit we stayed in was very clean and had beautiful decor. Had a very relaxing stay and will be back soon… thanks for a wonderful stay!

The rooms were spacious and had great amenities, including a kitchenette in our room. They accommodated pets, had a balcony, and worked great for large groups.
There were a surplus of restaurants and shops within a 5 minute drive. The location also sold tickets for tours and attractions.
Staff were friendly and assisted us with getting rooms for 12 people.

The location
I didn’t like how they did not add that I was bringing a pet with me after I called and informed them ahead of time. I didn’t like how they assigned me a room and provided me with a room key, to a unit that already had a family staying in it and they had no idea who was occupying the unit at that time. I didn’t like how they assigned me another room but didn’t check to see is the room was all set and ready for guest. As I entered that room, the dishwasher was still on and in use, the master bedroom pillows were not fully made up and as I was unpacking my belongings to change and her comfortable, an employee just randomly walks ok my room right before I decided to get undress. Thank gos I waited a few extra minutes or else he would have walking in on me with barely any clothes on. The employee stated he was sorry and how the front desk staff did not inform him that room was now occupied and he was there to finish getting the room together. Last but not least, I did not like how I had to unplug the master bedroom tv in order to get it work properly.
