We have stayed at the Colonies for years, it is still very nice but showing its age a bit.
Our unit was clean but missing some paper products. We requested a lower unit for our parents & it was extremely loud with the group upstairs, but again our location was per our request.

The staff was wonderful. The room was decent sized and very clean. The pool was perfect.
