Good would stay again

Location was perfect. Room was clean. Staff was great and pool is awesome.

Bed in master was not very comfortable. TV in 2nd bedroom did not work.

We love this place.

Our groups, 6 couples, travelled for golf outings. We liked all bedrooms having King or Queen bed with private bathroom. And also, 3 2-bedroom units are in the same building and connected inside of building.

Not enough parking space in front of building.

Couple Golf trip with friends

I rented two 2-bedroom units. We liked two units are connected with hallway and access both units with single room car. Bathrooms are all spacious and nice.

We would prefer both bedrooms having king beds.

I would not stay at The Colonies again due to uncomfortable beds and lack of cleanliness.

Pool was enjoyable. Staff was very accommodating.

Beds were uncomfortable. There was a strange smell in the room. The walls are very thin.

Well worth it

The suites are huge. A family of four in a two-bedroom could easily live there for years and feel comfortable, unlike a lot of other vacation properties. We came in November so the outdoor pool was closed, but the kids were begging to come back in the summer because it looked like so much fun. The indoor pool and outdoor hot tub did not disappoint.

Our building was pretty far from the pool. Woman who checked us in was clearly not in the mood and had her group FaceTime on her phone the whole time.

Busch Gardens weekend stay at Colonies

Have always had good experiences there. Apartment was furnished very well. It was spotless and supplied with immediately needed supplies (soap, laundry detergent). No noise from second floor tenants. Staff was very helpful Close to town and Busch Gardens.

Nothing. (Patio screen door in 41A might need checking. Not sure it can close.)

wonderful relaxing just got wook up to early from other room noise

water slide and pool area were good for kiddos and hot tub for adults was good as well as sweet was clean and well stocked comfortably set up!

taking out the trash and 150 deposit as well as the noise from room to room was a bit much.

We stayed 2 nights, even though our parking pass was clearly displayed, night security put a notice on our windshield about being towed.
