It was awful & I’ll NEVER stay at 1 of those EVER again!

Very ghetto, scary & unsafe. Lots of false advertisement on EVERY level with no roll in bed for child, no free breakfast & no free cancellations WE ONLY STAYED THERE ONE(1) NIGHT, WHERE’s MY MONEY FROM THE 2ND UNUSED NIGHT?!?

It was dirty, lack of bedding, loud fights outside $ an absence of lobby and staff on premises.

the live and dead roaches only a sheet on the bed no blanket or comforter the tv did not work i do have photos of the room i do not know how to add to this

Federal Housing and Studio 6

We were placed in building 3 with the federal government housing placed their clients. The room floor was dirty, the bed was broken, the coffee pot was still on when we arrived with the glass broken and there was no remote for the television. They brought us a new coffee pot. The remote they brought to the room could not be programmed and they would not program it. What are you supposed to like with conditions the likes described.

This is an economy extended stay. It was clean and fairly well maintained. Understand they do rigidly require a $100.00 cash deposit at check in.

there was nothing that I liked

dirty, rude staff who just didn’t want to do their job, $100 “damage deposit” for a room that was filthy and had a hole in the bathroom door from someone punching it and had damage to the bathroom from a dog chewing on the wall, drug deals right outside.

Complete trash I wouldn’t let my dog sleep there, not even recommend this to my worst enemy

I didn’t like anything the whole overall experience was trash!!

My pillow and blanket had blood stains all over them which is a biohazard so I ask the lady at the front desk her name is arianna if she can change me rooms because my room wasn’t safe to sleep in and she said I could give her another $100 deposit when I had literally just checked in and she said could put me in another room with no tv tho I then asked if she could at least just change my pillows and blanket cuz they have blood on them and it’s not safe she laughed at me and said no.. The staff all lives on sight and runs the establishment like straight trash this place needs an inspection from the city ASAP !!! Not to mention the dirty floors and dead roches everywhere .

Worst stay of my life.

Nothing about this place was worth the price even if it was free I'd never go back worst place I've ever stayed

Couldn't get into my room had to go to the office number of times just to get in my room there was no blanket the room still looked dirty front desk would not answer we finally left and went somewhere else

Filthy and dirty.

Did not have breakfast. A Left the room two hours after check in because it was dirty and parking lot had too many people hanging out.

Room was filthy - bathroom had had hair and used bar soap. Table and chairs were also dirty. Bedding had cut out in blanket.

Could be better.

Reasonably safe location, very close to convenience store and several fast food restaurants. Large refrigerator and it was very clean. All door locks worked. Reasonably comfortable mattress (no sags or bumps). Large size, rotating TV with a lot of channels, including premium cable channels.

ROACHES! Even by the bed and on the nightstand. Inside top of microwave had lots of food splatters and it stank of old food. Floor wasn't very clean, needs a good scrubbing to remove dried, crushed roaches. No ash tray in a smoking room. Check in was slow due to the young lady. She was answering personal calls on her cell phone, Facetiming on her cell phone, and answering the house phone. She also didn't listen when I asked twice about a smoking room as she put me in a no smoking room. But she did move me to a smoking room after I returned to the office. They also required a $100 cash deposit which was mentioned on any hotel booking site. All TV channels kept freezing and pixelating about every ten seconds. A few homeless, druggies in the area and at least one group of panhandlers were staying in the hotel. But, compared to many other locations in Abq. it was pretty safe.
