We will be back, they treated us like family and it was so much appreciated.

The staff was great especially Gina and Lorenzo. They are always busy and ready to help another person.

The homeless that are around the area but there is nothing that can be done about that.

Undoubtedly the worst hotel experience have ever had

Good location

Front desk person was very rude the entire time literally ignored us over 20 minutes as we were in the lobby would not speak to us even though in our presence till literally exactly 3:00 p.m. was rude explaining things towel in room had stains on it we had requested two handicap rooms only one was available which was fine but she was very rude about it unfortunately will never ever stay here again or refer to anybody else was not informed about continental breakfast not being served by anybody until finding out for selves as due to short staff at no point was informed by the desk person

Never will I ever stay in that hotel. Not a good facility.

I did not like anything from the property.

The rooms were not clean at all. The area looked sketchy. There where a lot of homeless people around the building it made me feel very uncomfortable. There we’re also fight going on in the building it scared my family. There we’re also RATS running around in the building parking lot.

Very poor

The beds were comfortable. Thats the only good thing I can say. Got 2 rooms. One smelled so bad I couldn't stay in the room. Front desk area had inscence burning. Breakfast was supposed to be included and has been discontinued by the motel. No discount given for lack of breakfast. Staff was rude.

Smells, rude, bedbug bags on the mattresses. False advertising.

Pleasant

Rooms were very basic but clean. We requested a handicapped accessible unit and it was conveniently located.

1. Breakfast was advertised but when we asked where and hours, we were told it wasn't available. Disappointing! 2. Advertised as non smoking property but there was a smoke smell in the checkin area and middle entry by the vending machines.

Overall, I like this hotel chain

The room was very good.The bed was very good. Webpage description of the room said that the breakfast is included (one reason we booked this hotell) and there is swimming pool. There was no breakfast or swimming pool.

The front desk clerk was extremely rude. Additionally, he did not tell us that there was no breakfast and that the swimming pool was closed.

Superb

Clean, quiet. I paid for a room with a bathroom (Prior to booking, I never knew motels had options like this). So I wasn't expecting much. But the room also came with a refrigerator and a microwave, a desk and a USB cord plug-in on the lamp stand, which came in handy because I forgot the wall charger piece, and also a coffee maker. The only semi-negative issues was that this isn't a great area. Having said that, I had no issues with people and car was safe. Personel was nice and friendly. You will be asked to place a $100 deposit on top of room price. I wasn't expecting this and almost ran into financial trouble. I didn't think of taking photos, but room was very clean, even the bathroom

Location. Not the best location. Someone told me there is a drug facility nearby. Having said that, as a solo female traveling, I had no issues with the street people.

Great stay in SLC

The room and bathroom size, how close it was to food AND the light rail. Morning staff was laid back.

Night staff was gruff. Seemed to be the same lady in the morning, plus a lil' more sleep. :)

staff were unbelievably rude. I got charged 3 times for my room and both the receptionist and the manager refused to engage in discussion about it. they would not even look at my bank statement as evidence. It ended with the receptionist shouting at me I could not believe how unkind , inhospitable and rude they were to me I’m still not sure if it’s a problem with my bank or at their end but all they needed to do was be kind , professional and give a little bit of time I am currently 1500$ out of pocket for a three night stay. we moved out the next day to another hotel in the area same price and much more professional. stay somewhere else folks. there’s plenty to choose from right next to each other. also no breakfast as advertised.

Gina and Sam are very kind and nice Managers. I would stay there anytime.

The surrounding environment. The police are almost always there, and there are a lot of homeless people of which I feel sorry for. But, some of them can be threatening. I first booked a room here based on the information that they served breakfast. But, they do not serve breakfast so keep that in mind. The advertising should be changed to indicate that fact. The people who work there are all very nice and helpful. The other thing I don't like is the maids come to my room sometimes an hour and a half before checkout waking me up wanting to clean the room. This I think is disrespectful and intrusive. If I paid for a room until 11:00am the next day. Then please don't bother me unless I'm still there after 11:00am. To the maids credit, the rooms are always clean and stocked. They have a microwave and refrigerator which is nice. I personally like to stay at this hotel because of the people. I would recommend.

Good room. Sucky TV. Horrible customer service

The room was nice. the bed was comfortable. Ice and vending machines near by.

#1 main thing I didn't like was how the website said premium TV and it was actually less than basic TV. There were points where we couldn't find a single cartoon on for our son. #2 when I tried to see if there was anything that could be done about it staff just put it on hold so booking.com just let it slide. A discount for the next time I purchased would have gone a long way. I feel neither booking.com or quality inn cared about having me as a customer and don't know if I'll return to either. More than likely not.
