Room was nice and clean. I love that the hotel is in walking distance to the Riverwalk. Staff was exceptional especially Dolores. She was a pleasure to speak with. Very friendly and helpful and I especially enjoyed personality.
Parking should be free if not using the garage. Most of the outlets in the room were not working. Internet kept going in and out.

The staff was helpful
The swimming pool was not in service, the parking was charged per day and pr vehicle, that was a lot, the carpet was dirty and the room a/c did not cool enough
