Worst stay ever at this hotel branch. Brenda is rude and disrespectful.

Nothing about it was good. You walk in and the front office looks like maybe the hotel could be nice but the rooms smell like the reptile section of a zoo.

No towels, no fridge no microwave. Sink did not work it drained down into a little bucket which wet the floor cause I had no idea about it being broken. The tub didn't drain and it has the leftover soap n shampoo from the previous guest. People live there and are very rude. I parked and was instantly harassed by a random person who LIVED there. I was bit by bugs and room was infested with roaches. When I arrived my room wasn't ready and they still put me in another room that was not ready. When I asked the front desk girl she was nice and was going to see what she can do to help me out about the situation but the assistant manager BRENDA walked up after being rude on a phone call to someone else...they basically called me a liar and she said she wasn't gonna do anything about it and was so rude when i was nice to everybody and just asking what could be done to help the situation and she got disgustingly rude and her cleaner lady was calling me a liar so i had to leave because they were hanging up on me. So ghetto. So sorry. I took a disabled person and to have them stay in a sorry dangerous room like that was horrible. That Brenda should NOT be employed there or anywhere in a position of power. The beds also only had one scorched up pillow each. Horrible experience. Horrible people. Fire BRENDA she deserves it and I don't say this about anybody. She was horrible. And I will be escalating the situation to corporate and more. To top it off police were there at check in because the place is so nasty and crawling with bad people. Only the lamp worked and restroom light and we left with just the restroom light on and returned to the lamp being on as well so somebody entered our room while we were out.

The staff is great but, keep looking for another place to stay

The staff did the best they could.

It's in transition from la quinta to Bayside. Now I was told I had the best room. It was clean and bed was comfortable . No bed bugs but, the refrigerator had cockroaches. I accidentally loosened the plug by using the microwave and the fridge was unplugged. So I saw some roaches crawl out. I had booked 2 rooms. I was traveling with a person who didn't have an ID so I was limited to places I could book rooms. His room had no TV, fridge or microwave. His room had bugs but, I didn't really care because he put me in this location. I have family I visit nearby so I was just staying here to sleep. Once the fridge was plugged back on I saw no roaches😂. I stayed in room 119 and it was definitely the best room as the lady at the front desk said it was. Breakfast wasn’t set out one morning because a worker was not not to set it out according to my husband. I’m sure something went down with the guest. I’m sure that if I’d ask for a muffin they would have given me one. The staff does their best with the tools they have at hand. Bring your own towels as the motel is limited on supplies

We did not stay here. When we arrived, they showed us the breakfast area that was so small and it smelled. Then we were told that our room we reserved had NO TELEVISION. Who rents rooms with no TV? She was going to show us the room anyway, due to us being so tired and another customer came in and said the toilet had overflowed in his room. We asked for a refund and left IMMEDIATELY. Worst experience I have ever had with a hotel. I will never stay at a Wyndham again

This place made me think I was at a drug den, or an hourly hotel. When we got to the hotel, the front clerk, let us go look at our room to see if we wanted to even stay there and it was a big fat no.

I do not ever want to sleep in a hotel ever again in my life.

staff was friendly

where do I begin? first room did not have a shower head so we got moved to another room. There was no refrigerator. The shower had a pocket of water underneath it to where every time you stepped, there was a “squishy” feeling. room smelled like marijuana, lighter was left on the table,carpet had what looked like blood stains on it, front door did not make a seal, toilet ran non stop, and there were crack heads every where. beyond dissatisfied is an understatement.

No breakfast, which I can see why. That place is infested with roaches. And if going Into the breakfast room. ( if they offered) meant you would have to see the manager then I would'have rather starved. She was so rude. And that's management. I said good morning. And the look she gave me . Not sure why she was acting all Hollywood. L that motel is so run down and it's her that's to blame. Why take a management position if you can't perform management duties

I will NEVER stay in a LaQuinta or Wyndham Hotel ever again!!! A Wyndham hotel this is NOT!

Close proximity to our home. We needed a place to stay with my handicapped sister and our pets while our home, which is for sale, was hosting an open house. Despite the nastiness of the room, at least we had good TV reception and lots of channels to watch.

EVERYTHING ... the room was hazardous and I'm quite sure a code violation should the proper licensing authority have reviewed it! The building's interior and exterior were disgusting! If we could have, we would have left and demanded a full refund but we had not other place to go. The light switch right inside the front door of our room did not have a plate covering it ... definitely a code violation ... shock hazard. I immediately relayed this information to the front desk and was told it would be fixed ... it never did get fixed while we were there. The carpet was repulsive ... stains, burns, M&Ms laying around. Even our pets did not want to be on the carpet and stayed most of the time in their carriers. The bottom of the night stand below the drawer was completely missing, showing the carpet underneath. The chest of drawers had holes drilled in the top of the dresser and one of the drawers was broken and wouldn't close. The front door handle had made a huge hole in the wall inside the room and someone had done a crummy patch job trying to fix it. The bathroom vanity light was faint and flickered the entire time it was on, so we couldn't use it. Both the sink, counter top and bath tub was stained and had numerous cigarette burns in them in spite of the fact that this was a non-smoking room. There were no plugs in either the bathtub or sinks. There was no bar to hold the toilet paper roll, so it was sitting on the back of the toilet tank. There was only 1 set of towels despite the fact that we had rented the room for 3 adults. The bed sheets appeared clean despite having stains on them. The wall inside the closet had been tagged with graffiti. Etc., etc., etc.

We did not attempt to go to breakfast as there were roaches in the room.

We did not stay for our second night as there were bed bugs walking on the sheets. We didn’t arrive until almost midnight, so we couldn’t find another hotel. We left our belongings in the vehicle and slept in the chairs.

Management needs to renovate before renting out rooms, Roach Motel, Nice staff though.

it was close to where we needed to be for an outing

The room had a horrible smell, luckily I brought a can of deodorizer with me. There were roches literally everywhere, even on the bed trying to crawl into my suitcase. When I first went into the room the toilet was dirty with black stuff all over the seat and inside, I offered to clean it myself but the front desk lady was kind enough to do it. only sheets on the bed no blankets or towels in the bathroom. She then explained the hotel had just been sold to new owners and the old ones took everything even the trash cans ( reason we had none in the room). Last but not least, I told her I had to put a hand towel on the floor because it was wet. I noticed the carpet was wet and slipped slightly while she was in there and told her about. The next morning I figured out why carpet was wet, as I used the restroom and showered, the tub filled up and as it drained it was flooding the restroom and made it’s way to the carpet 😒

Location

The room had dirty socks on the floor left by previous guest. Bed had no sheet, comforter, or pillow cases. Also there were no towels. Staff kept saying they would bring some. Then said they didn't have any clean. We never did get any of it.

horrible place, specially when your a tourist and have 3 minors with you. PLEASEEEE dont use this facility.

nothing there was absolutely nothing to like about this place. we literally checked out 15min upon arrival

dirty bed fitters, i asked for a comforter which ALL hotels must have and i was told they had none. some sort of slime on the walls that look like spit mixed with blood. oh and lets not talk about the mold in the restroom.

My stay was horrible my children and will never here again

Nothing went well it was very disgusting roaches everywhere really hard to be comfortable in a room like that. There was a water leak water everywhere. There was no towels and also the beds. They had no blankets they’ve had put the curtains on for bedding you could not eat in the room without roaches, crawling all over you beware, everybody needs to know. This is not a safe place for kids to stay

I honestly do not like anything about this hotel. It was just a very bad experience. I never will stay I ended up losing out on money and went and stayed at another hotel, which was well worth it. I highly recommend going and staying at the best Western. That was very nice and very comfortable.

We had to switch rooms 3 times, and the front desk agent Stella was very patient, and helpful she went out of her way to make sure we were comfortable.out of all the staff she has been the only one that has shown more customer service than anyone else. And that's including management. The otherf front desk agent just linger around gossiping. And not tending to guest.

Other employees just lingering no one at front desk. No one answers the phone and the breakfast was a mess.they didn't have anything. Some one needs to go to the grocery store. And the Housekeeper Amber Silva was so polite always having a smile the other employees need to take a lesson from Stella and Amber on how to treat guest
