The staff did the best they could.
It's in transition from la quinta to Bayside. Now I was told I had the best room. It was clean and bed was comfortable . No bed bugs but, the refrigerator had cockroaches. I accidentally loosened the plug by using the microwave and the fridge was unplugged. So I saw some roaches crawl out. I had booked 2 rooms. I was traveling with a person who didn't have an ID so I was limited to places I could book rooms. His room had no TV, fridge or microwave. His room had bugs but, I didn't really care because he put me in this location. I have family I visit nearby so I was just staying here to sleep. Once the fridge was plugged back on I saw no roaches😂. I stayed in room 119 and it was definitely the best room as the lady at the front desk said it was. Breakfast wasn’t set out one morning because a worker was not not to set it out according to my husband. I’m sure something went down with the guest. I’m sure that if I’d ask for a muffin they would have given me one. The staff does their best with the tools they have at hand. Bring your own towels as the motel is limited on supplies
