The staff was helpful, the building was clean and room service was always early to clean and pick up trash
Everything was good just the elevator that sounds like it's going to break down but it didn't and would be better if there was 2 elevators other than that it was a good place to stay

The staff were super friendly and professional. Breakfast options were ok. Note that sausages are only served on weekends not weekdays. Great location and free parking which is a plus. The air conditioner worked great.
The bathroom was my biggest issue. The walls and tub looked dirty. Drain is rusty. The toilet is super close to the door so your leg rubs against it if you try to go through which grossed me out every time. My kids were so scared to go in the tub. We took showers with shoes on. The room smelled funky/musty but staff explained that it's because the humidity from outside seeps through the ac. I think its true and may be an issue throughout the inn because I overheard other guests complain about the same issue. She was nice enough to guve usbair freshener but we purchesed our own the first chance we got. The walls has cobwebs all over like they haven't been dusted in a while.
