reasonable breakfast , quite standard apparently for most bed and breakfast settings . The Fresh Juice dipense let us down during our stay but the rest of the food was reasonable
Not sure why I had pre charges, security charges and also stay charges , do I expect refunds for the security deposit as well as a the $74 charged prior to my arrival .... also communication on how to access the airport shuttle should be clear especially for international travellers

I missed breakfast because I had to leave early for my flight
I didn't like having to pay $50 to park my car. I feel it should have been less. In the add it says FREE PARKING. This is miss leading.

location was ok and hotel was easy to find
We had to ask for extra towels and washcloths. My daughters toilet had urine on it when we walked in to check the rooms. The trash was not emptied after first day of stay and we had to get a trash bag from the front desk. My daughter watch someone drop the tongues for breakfast on the floor and they picked it up and used again on the food without getting another set.
