Good location!
Couple of issues. Odd puddles of water in various places. One in our bathroom another on the first floor as you take the stairs to the lowest level. Rooms are small.

Loved the bed!! It was so comfy and soft. Also the fact that there was enough space to move around, other budget hotels I have been to around NYC don't have that much space. The staff was super pleasant! Markus, Justin and the other guy I forgot. The location I also liked and it gets buzzy at night. The iron and board in the room👌🏾
The cleanliness could have been better really, out of ten I give them an eight. Their cleaning staff should do better. There was some dust on some parts around the room. The rooms are also a bit loud, I could hear when my neighbor arrived and the doors were loud and when she was talking on the phone in her room.

Was central and the staff were very friendly - always willing to help as much as they could.
My room needed to be updated. For instance, the AC was leaking into a bucket which made noise throughout the night. The rooms look exactly the same as the pictures, but they’re tired and in need of an update. Picture is of a towel in a bucket next to the bed to stop the continual dripping throughout the night.
