The front desk staff were exceptionally kind, welcoming, and attentive, they truly went above and beyond. The room was very clean, decent, and well worth the price paid. The location is also excellent, with easy access to public transportation and quick connections to downtown.
The breakfast was very poor quality. There was almost nothing that could be considered a proper breakfast, just a few cookies, some muffins, and a flask of pre-made coffee. I couldn’t even find a kitchen or any staff preparing fresh food. Very disappointing.

Receptionist "Manager" was very courteous and helpful in every way and he made all guests welcome and he offered to advise and help everyone in a very personal one to one attention, he was just very professional and a very nice man.
Lighting was poor in the room as I was downstairs below car park level so natural day light was poor which meant the use of electricity was a must. TV was physically sitting with out any legs or base directly on a cabinet which meant it could not be moved either vertically or moved to face either bed that was in the room which made viewing difficult as most other motels have TVs mounted on walls or supported on their "legs" which allows customers to swivel the TV to match their viewing angle. Lock on door was worrying as there was maybe half an inch play between the door frame and door when closed from outside, an intruder could place a break in tool without any trouble in the space.
