The gentleman at the front desk was very friendly and helpful.
The separate entrance for the rooms didn’t feel very secure. My key card usually didn’t work and when I got up in the morning, the windows were wide open, which someone easily could’ve climbed through.

Nice room, soft bed
Stairs only. Needed a room on first floor as a disabled person . Was told sold out but the curtains were open on several rooms bottom floor. Then told I couldn't have that because ac didn't work in any. Has a large suitcase also. Almost fell trying to get up. Told front desk I needed bottom and the young man refused said he could take bag up. Then the breakfast was awful. They had package blueberry muffins, white bread and bagels and butter, cream cheese, coffee machine and oj/ apple juice. No yogurt, eggs, fruit or anything like other days inns. Bread choice only and coffee, juice not a breakfast option. Last, the clerk met me in sweats and t shirt with bare feet on the day I checked in. Really unprofessional front desk.
