The beds are hard, sheets dingy, no phone, cobwebs in the bathroom.

What breakfast?

There was no phone in the room, cobwebs on the vent and a corner of the bathroom and my booking gave me a total price, but I get there and was charged more.

Bad

We didn't sleep all night ! Too many drunk people and had the music up all the way outside till 2 am . I slept one hour and was so tired Saturday.

Nice and easy place to get on 45 !

I liked the location I usually stay at this hotel whenever I stay in Huntsville. I love that it's not far from the University.

When I checked in, the lady had a dog in the lobby, and there was a foul odor. I asked for extra blankets. I was given one and told it was all they had

It was a great stay will definitely be staying again

I checked in at 1:30 in the morning and the lady that checked me in was very nice check in was quick and easy

The beds are a little hard and it was a little hot in there even after I lowered the ac

Superb

We really enjoyed our time there just hanging around the site being lazy.

The bedding was stained and even a cigarette burn.

Travel twice a year to this location going to Galveston, we all are seniors and have walking problems so we always ask for a lower floor room on the booking as our preference either smoking or not but need lower rooms, this request has only been met once in the last 6 bookings

Too many stray cats. Would have been better if there was cooking tools, pots pans, silverware, utensils... Etc

I’ve stayed here before and it was great, this time was not 😞

well lit parking, friendly staff. shower was hot, clean floors.

upstairs person walked all over room and back and forth until 4:30 in the morning. bed was not clean, liquid on top sheet and down to bottom sheet. bed was very hard and felt like bugs crawling on both of us.

Decent size. Vickie at the front desk was very helpful.

Wasn't clean. Things were left in the drawers and freezer.

Disappointing

Air conditioner made noise. Leaked water all in floor Iron didn’t hold water. Made spots all on my clothes

LOVED THE KITCHENETTE. THE ROOM WAS CLEAN AND THE ONLY THINGS WE HAD ISSUE WITH WAS THE FABULOSO CLEANER THEY USED WAS WAY TO STRONG THE SMELL MADE US ILL. THE PILLOWS WERE VERY FLAT AND THERE WERE ONLY 3 INSTEAD OF 4. OTHER THAN THAT WE LIKED THE MOTEL. HAD ALOT OF IN AND OUT TRAFFIC LATE AT NIGHT BUT .

FLAT PILLOWS AND ONLY THREE NOT 4. LATE NIGHT IN AND OUT TRAFFIC. SMELL SO STRONG OF FABULOSO CLEANER.

I asked for pot and pan dishes and silver ware never received them so my future husband has to do with out his meals it mess with his sugar that I had go always cross find some food to eat

The room were okay until the AC went out around midnight and didn't come back on until I was checking out the room.The temperature stuck on the AC and it had the floors were you would fall if you try walking on them

Won't waste my time & money here again.

It was close to the event we were attending

the room was cleaned properly another guest had a dog that won't stop barking there were quite a few roaches in the kitchen area of the room we stayed in(#113) one of my guests was given a room that was already occupied despite the fact that I made reservations in ample time for avoid this type of mixup
