beautiful property - very private in the heart of palm beach - around the corner from le bar and a short walk to worth st - great pool and comfortable rooms - good alternative to the four seasons or the breakers
items inside the hotel were overpriced - $10 for a coffee, $17 for a smoothie, etc.

Air conditioning malfunction No hot water in first room Front entrance needs a ramp Front desk staff (some)
Courtesy car has limited radius of service however I was told before I checked in to the hotel that the service is for the island They did honor the requests I made however

Just ok. Too expensive
Ham on Eggs Benedict wax too tough to chew.

The hotel was well located.
The pool was exceedingly small and with
few lounge chairs so it was impossible to find one available. The other outside seating was dirty and no service available. The rooms included a jacuzzi bit it was never cleaned unless requested. No tables were reserved for hotel guests, so not possible to enjoy restaurant.
