Our anniversary stay exceeded our expectations. The beautiful property and the genuine care shown by the team made our celebration truly special. We especially appreciated Zoe Gray for her personal outreach and thoughtful attention to our stay, Estefanía Paciotta for the beautiful handwritten note and anniversary arrangement, and Sheryl and Rosie for an exceptional couples massage experience. My husband said it was the best massage of his life. Thank you to the entire team for making our anniversary so memorable. We look forward to returning.

We had such a wonderful stay at the Four Seasons Palm Beach. From the moment we arrived, the level of service was exceptional. Every member of the staff was warm, welcoming, attentive, and genuinely eager to make our stay special. The resort itself is beautiful, but it was truly the people who made our experience so memorable.
A very special thank you to Nick, who went above and beyond for us throughout our stay. His kindness, professionalism, and attention to detail were outstanding. He made us feel incredibly well taken care of and turned an already beautiful stay into an exceptional one. It’s rare to encounter someone who makes such a lasting impression, and Nick absolutely did.
