Location was great for our Fall Foliage tour. Hotel was quaint, had a lot of history, & we felt we were in a "Hallmark" movie. Loved the cookies & cider. Staff was very welcoming & helpful. The beds were very comfortable, and we loved the fluffy, plump pillows! Temperature control was great since we liked it cool for sleeping. Our whole trip was only 4 days, and we loved this inn the best. Tons of character & charm.
The steps into the inn and then into our room (M11) were steep for 2 older ladies, which was a little scary. We managed. Getting into the room at first there were bumble bees a-buzzin' all around me since the bush just outside our room was in full bloom. The front desk called the maintenance guy, who came out immediately with spray to help repel them. We ended up going out to dinner, and the bees were gone when we came back, so we moved in our luggage with no issues. The room was tight, but we liked it because it was also very affordable.

Nice looking place. Pleasant welcome. Parking. Good sized clean room and bed on the second floor. Slept well.
Was expecting breakfast to be better. Didn’t like staff providing drinks and having to wait for staff. Scrambled egg was awful.

We loved the view from our room, the fireplace, and the nice large tub. We loved the history of the inn and its location in Jackson which was a beautiful place. The staff was very nice and welcoming.
The bed in our suite was not quite as comfortable as we would have liked. We also ate dinner in the restaurant, and while our waiter was very nice, my husband thought his onion soup was mediocre.

Very close to attractions and mountain
Room was very small as they sold it a a double and probably should have been one queen. Outdoor pool was clean, indoor not so much

"First off, it’s adorable. Second, it was the most comfortable bed I slept in, maybe ever. More comfortable than my own mattress. Pool and hot tubs were clean and I am very picky about that. Loved it."
