Even though the hotel needs a lot of updates, safe location and comfortable bed. Can’t ask for much more.

Location was close to a lot of great things, even though we explored everywhere, so it was central for us.

Definitely outdated, literally being held together by glue. Broken tiles in the bathroom, sinking toilet. However the bed was comfortable and safe location and parking.

Property was very nice, clean, and close to so many places.

Some great features but overall disappointing.

Breakfast was good. There were a variety of options for breakfast. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The location is good. Walking distance from the Galleria Shopping Mall.

This hotel was not up to the standards that I associate with the Hyatt chain of hotels. The building needs a makeover. The panels above the shower was rusted.

They had a bad, bad water leak that had the hall smalling.so bad for days..

hotel bien entretenu, personnel sympatique et serviable. grande chambres, bien equipées. commerce a coté + a 20mn de galleria

loins du centre ville. transport uniquement par bus, si on n'est pas vehiculé, c'est unpeu la galére. ceci dit, parking payant

The stay was awesome, and when I return I will definitely be staying there again.

The location was great, the breakfast was awesome and the room was amazing. Woohoo 🥳

Everything waas great, but it didn’t say online you had to pay for parking online.

for our needs the location was good, the staff was awesome every one of them even if they didnt speak english they were great because they got somebody that did speak english or tried their best to help before seeking an english speaking person

I really liked breakfast and friendliness of your employees

The pool was not clean. There were leaves and bugs inside the pool, as well as the bottom of the pool and the steps have green stuff growing on it.

Definitely would stay again but the gnats were the only down side.

The space and location was great. Gave a really good home feel.

If you don't plan to relax & lay near the pool, this is the place for you.

The bed was comfortable. There was a full refrigerator & half stove.

The pool was filthy. We booked 6 nights but could only stay 1 night due to the pool. This was a family vacation with children.
