Disappointing

Staff and location were wonderful

One room had no towels, and there were none left in the hotel. When we checked in, there was a pile of towels/cleaning rags that housekeeping had left in the middle of the floor. The room key locks to outside doors were broken, so anyone could’ve come in. No air circulation in the pool area-basically a sauna with a water view 🤣

everything was great with the location, staff was wonderful breakfast was delicious

the bed and pillows were not very comfortable bed was too hard and pillows were too soft and loose. parking was a little tight for larger vehicles

It was ok

I liked the location and it was convenient.

There was pee in my toilet left unflushed. I found a child’s car on the floor by the bed. A pillowcase in one bed had black marks on it like it was dirty. I felt the room was not cleaned properly.

the room wasn’t ready at 2:45. shower handle broken. bed was very hard. staff at check in were rude.

A nice, clean place-Needw improvement for safety of guests.

Nice and clean Hilton as expected.

SECURITY/SAFETY ISSUE-had people who did not stay at hotel in pool area and then a group of you men-just walk on property and sit in outside area…they literally popped out weed and starting smoking it. Had family at pool during this time…began to not feel safe. I’m in the security business so I went into that mode. Door to pool to access with room key did not work -anyone could have walked in. I notified front desk. They ran this people off. I returned to pool with my family and with my security friend on my side once the hotel staff said there is not security. I would have expected a security person being that it is a Hilton….but that isn’t always the case. The police were called and we continued our stay. So guest be aware of the surroundings and hopefully Hilton will get the access points repaired (working key access) so non guest can’t get in.

Expensive and dirty

The women was very nice at check in

Dirty! For 250 a night, last room in town and 4 tired kids I had to settle for a room that had pet food on the floor, a broken shower rod, dust an inch thick on the ceiling fan, cereal in the pull out couch and a broken keurig. They said they wouldn't charge us for breakfast for the mess. Btw breakfast isnt even included..10/ person!

not bad but will definitely pick a different location if ever staying in Hattiesburg again.

location was good

was not real clean! elevator sounded as if it needed repair! staff not super friendly! ac didn’t work when we got to our room!

location

booked it because our rate said it included breakfast. the hotel staff said booking.com doesn’t let them know. had to argue with them but they gave me our breakfast voucher. also their pool was under construction and that wasn’t made known up front. hallway stunk really badly.

I loved the location,it was close to everything.

I think for the price that breakfast should have been included.The adults didn't eat because it wasn't included.
