Economical stay if that’s what you look for.

The price of the room was good. The pet fee was fair. I like having my car right outside the door. The toilet had issue where I had to hold the handle to get it to flush. It was clean other than that.

The comforter on the bed was cheap and the sheets seemed old (not crisp and new) Pillows were lumpy. Coffee was not good at lobby with very few other options to make it tastier.

Will find some where else to stay any other time we are here

Quiet clean

Office personnel that checked us in was rude. Told him we have a service dog and he acted like he didn’t want to let us stay even though we already paid for the room said he would not charge this time for a pet even though he clearly is not a pet and demanded to see the paperwork for our dog i don’t know if he knew he broke a federal law by asking for them or not but he was not the nicest person

It was close to where we needed to be

They charged my credit card the morning of our stay before we even got there then after we checked in they charged my card again for $25 and didn’t even mention that. I may have wanted to pay with a different card. I asked about the $25 charge and he said it was for incidentals and would be refunded when we checked out. I have never had either of those problems at any of the places I’ve looked with booking.com. I will not book this place again.

The room was ok I booked the handicap room they over booked it so we got another room.

I didn't like the fact that at 2am they overbooked our room and a customer opened our door while we were in bed asleep that really pissed me off.

A very comfortable relaxed stay definitely be staying again!

Everything was clean everyone was very nice I felt comfortable and safe staying there. My bed was so comfortable the shower was amazing everything was so clean and the breakfast was so good and the whole set up for breakfast was so so clean and very comfortable as well I will definitely be staying again when I go to Knoxville especially for that price!!

Won’t be going back!

Very noisy refrigerator in room, had a hard time falling asleep. Sheets on one bed were stained.

Poor

Coffee in the lobby was good. LVP flooring instead of carpeting is a good choice for a hotel.

Came up under keyword "suite" but turned out to be two rooms nowhere near each other. Requested non smoking but there were ash trays in the room, and the nearly unbreathable air greeted us before we even stepped into the room. Facilities are not well maintained. Cigarette holes in chair and ironing board. Shower in poor condition. People creeping in the parking lot at night. Breakfast was on par with the rest of the experience.

The breakfast was not up to my normal Hotel breakfast. The orange juice was water, the only hot item was waffles.
