Convenience was the only plus side to this hotel.

One of the rooms smelled like urine. When I requested a change, I was given another room that had a broken A/C. Requested a portable fan and never received one.

You get what you pay for!!!

They had a room available.

Not kid friendly! - Toddler height window in hall, left open all night, without a screen or bars. People yelling, cussing and dressed inappropriately. Bad Area- people hanging out in the parking area, customers yelling from balconies at people in the parking lot. Break in tool was on the ground, by my car, in the morning. Read reviews about other nearby businesses, before going to get food or drinks! Not just because service is bad or food is disgusting, it appears that break-ins and robberies aren't shy in this area. If you can avoid walking anywhere, AVOID IT! Hotel & Room- Entire hotel smells, especially the one and only elevator. Beds are very uncomfortable, heat didn't work, hair on bed, loud humming noise all through the night and baby sized toilets. I definitely do not recommend this hotel, if you're taking kids or if you're looking for comfort or security. If you just need a roof or cheap price, this would be the place.

The hotel could be a BROTHEL!!!!

We did not stay. Upon entrance into lobby is scented with smoke. We went to room and roach was climbing wall and walls had holes. We asked to move and was told we could but there was no guarantee if better conditions. We went back down to desk and asked for our money back and was told to call our agent. We turned to leave and there was a lady walking through the door with black suspenders and stockings with black G-string and high heels with everything revealed. She walked straight through past the agents who said absolutely nothing. Apparently there is no dress code or moral conduct requirement. Anyway we were sure we had made the right decision and went on our way.

Smoke in hotel, roaches and walls with holes. What appeared to be a hooker walking around naked.(There could have been children in the lobby). Personally I was disappointed to see a young lady who was without respect for herself and would walk in a hotel like she was. Extremely disappointed the hotel had no moral concerns for other guest.

Very disappointing hotel

The airport shuttle stopped running at 11pm. I had called the day before & told the front deck person that I was arriving at midnight & would I be able to get the hotel shuttle. I was told "no problem, just call". I was told the next evening I had to get myself cab. When I arrived at the hotel, I realized that it wasn't the property I thought it was. It was a grubby building, with peeling wallpaper. Upon check in, I was given a room key, the room was on the 2nd floor. Up I went. The key did not work the door. I went back down to the front , the clerk came up with me , with her master key, just in case. Neither key worked. My sister was sound asleep in the room & I finally knocked hard enough to wake her up to let me in. It's about 12:45 now. So my sister tells me that when she arrived at the airport, it took her 1/2 an hour of calling the hotel to get a shuttle to come get her. Upon her arrival to the hotel, it seems as if every one is complaining that their keys don't work. A big fiasco at the front desk. We had to get up about 4:15am . I wanted a cup of coffee....you guessed it, the coffee pot DID NOT WORK! UNBELIEVABLE. I will say the beds were comfortable & the shuttle driver friendly and got us to the airport. As for the hotel, it needs major help on every level. I won't be staying there again. Very disappointing.

Valued our lives more and left.

We walked into the lobby and it was terrible. We found a pot roach in the lobby bathroom and people walking through smoking. Another man was there explaining the condition of his moldy room and the people doing drugs in his hallway. We didn't even check in, just left and went elsewhere.

Over all really not quite happy property not well kept carpets way too old too dirty lots of loud partying with some improvement maybe in the future I will stay there once again and recommend it to family and friends.

A great bargain

it was 5 minutes from airport. For the price I got a great room! I would study three again

we had a good rest there. perfect if you use OAK airport

clean, spacious room, comfortable king size bed, 6 coffee capsules, coffee mashine, balcony, large tv. We had a really good rest there before the flight from OAK airport. we didn’t get a chance to check the pool though. Free airport transfer is a masive plus

oakland itself is quite scary - tons of rubbish, homeless people. But hotel is located just by the airport so the location is an advantage for me.

it was the worst stay at a hotel I have ever had

the room wasn’t clean there was mold on the walls an curtains the ice machine did not work I had to walk to the main building just to get ice and the air conditioner was broke it only blew out heat there was water damage in the building I stayed in that was never fixed so the smell of mold was very STRONG I’m going to be requesting a FULL REFUND AN REPORTING this hotel to the health department these is ridiculous I have four children and I have to have them checked for exposure to mold because they don’t properly clean like they should

It was convenient location. Parking was free

Management was not friendly. Needed extra towels never got it, called twice.
