The location was ideal, it is near to many stores and food locations. 2 miles away from the center of Santa Rosa. The staff is very understanding an accommodating.

Room is comfortable and clean with good TV. Good climate control (AC vs Heater). Hotel is close to great shopping and eating options.

The front desk staff/owner was very nice and polite. It is across the street from a Trader Joe's, Costco and other shopping establishments so that was convenient.
It desperately needs an upgrade...location makes it very difficult to exit the parking. Bath towels were sheer and do not dry adequately - very poor quality. No special cable channels to watch movies. The outside building facade needs repair and maintenance. I could not open my windows because there was no screen so flies or anyone can easily enter...so I had to lock the windows.
