Comfort Inn & Suites Concord - Kannapolis

Unfortunately, we never woke up early enough to experience the breakfast. The location was excellent as well close to the highway for easy travel. The hotel is tucked back but opens up to a strip full of restaurants. We would definitely stay here again.

We have no complaints

We’ve been traveling around the country for 3 months and this recently renovated hotel is one of the best we’ve stayed in. It checks all the boxes! Large clean quiet room. LOVED the wood floor — so much more sanitary than carpet. Super comfortable bed with great pillows and plush linens. Loved the extra-large walk-in shower which had good pressure, plenty of hot water, a free-flowing drain, a handy grab bar and dispensers for body wash, shampoo and conditioner. Lots of space around the sink to set toiletries. The bathroom had towel racks (so many hotels have removed them for some strange reason!) and the nightlight was a nice touch. Large desk with chair plus an extra chair for the second person to sit. Convenient bench to set luggage. Plenty of electrical outlets to charge devices. Easy parking. The automatic doors at the hotel entrance were very convenient for carrying luggage. Reasonable price compared with other area lodging. Wonderful staff – Jordan, Stephanie and Ashley were all terrific.

No complaints at all. We would definitely stay again and highly recommend this property to other travelers.

Very clean and comfortable. Stephanie at the front desk was amazing and so sweet!

Some guests weren’t very mindful of the other guests and were very loud in the early morning. You can hear everything thought the walls.

the poor girl at the front desk had to run back and forth to the breakfast area. the last day my husband had diarrhea on the way home he had eggs i did not?

We had no room service during the stay but they did bring us towels
