Embassy Suites Birmingham

Overall clean, comfort of beds, option to sleep 5

There were not enough electrical outlets easily accessible near the sleeper sofa for our son’s cpap. The bottom of the bathtub is peeling off. There was not a trashcan in the bathroom so we had to put the one trashcan from the living room into the bathroom. There were only 4 bath towels despite a booking for 5. The omelet station did not go in order of first in line, and people who put their order paper on top got served before people who had waited.

Convenient

Nothing

Location and the friendly staff along with the cleanliness of the building.

Nothing it was perfect for me and my wife.

The room was spacious and comfortable. The bed was comfortable. Love the lotions, soaps and shampoo. Clean and orderly.

The wind noise was unbelievable-we thought it was cars racing on the road, but it was not. The screaking was crazy- really needed some sound deafening curtains. The breakfast was a joke....breakfast was to be from 730-1000, we got downstairs at 850 am and there was a line of at least 15 people waiting for the omelets. We went down to the rest of the food to see what there was -minimal food was left- the oatmeal was just about empty, the eggs were empty, the meats were all gone and when someone asked about the food being refilled, we were told "no we are out of everything". This was at 9am by now- a whole hour before breakfast should be over. We were very disappointed and were so looking forward to having a nice breakfast. We saw no drinks besides cartoons of milk (maybe we missed it). There was a hole in the wall -or very loose paneling-in the bathroom between the commode and the shower wall.
