The breakfast was wonderful, I am choice privileged gold member and no one can beat Belve hosting breakfast!!! She has made it a point for me to book there again. But of course the hotel had already done their part with cleanliness, accommodating staff!

The location of the hotel was close to my relatives who we were visiting for my birthday. The breakfast was good. Staff when available, were friendly.
I've never had any issues with any bookings until now. We had issues checking in, but that was quickly resolved after speaking with bookings.com customer service. I wish that were the only issue we did have. The staff was able to give us our room keys after. When we entered the room, we were exhausted and just wanted to relax (8hr drive). We noticed mold/mildew on the windowsill when we adjusted the A/C and figured it was due to the A/C working too hard. Later, we noticed there was a stain only seem if the room was lit (opposite wall of the bathroom) on one of the walls in the bedroom. There were what looked to be bugs squished into the walls and cracks in the floors of both the bathroom and bedroom. We were unable to use half of the outlets due to multiple lights already being plugged in and not working. Several other maintenance issues could be easily fixed (sink/tub faucet leak, foundation cracks, electrical outlets). Unfortunately, I paid ahead and trusted the reviews, but it's always a good idea to do outside research.
