Good locations and price, but you get what you pay for I suppose.

Friendly staff, price.

The front door says it's supposed to be locked after dark, but it does not close all of the way. The windows are not insulated enough as I could hear people talking at a normal tone from the 3rd floor. The breakfast was not stocked well and my second morning, it was out of mostly everything by 7am.

TERRIBLE. NEED MORE CUSTOMER SERVICE TRAINING

I didn't stay. I came in to check in. And the staff was rude and judgemental to me!! Do I canceled my reservation and went to quality by the mall. With a smoking room that your employee said wasn't around the area anymore.

Also, the manager said we had to get a refund through booking which wouldn't give one.

There were literal tiny roaches everywhere on the bathroom sink and a larger roach crawling around the table that people eat on in the room. The rooms and walls were stained with unknown stuff. Don't stay here if you want to feel even remotely comfortable.

Overall good comfortable stay

I never wake up in time for breakfast, the location is convenient. The front desk clerk was very friendly and helpful. The rooms are always clean and cozy.

The only thing I didn’t like and I think it’s with all hotels now, is the fact they took comforters away. There is only a thin sheet and I’m freezing. Also no ice buckets in the rooms. Maybe everything was taken out due to Covid, but the pandemic is declared over by the President, so please bring essentials back.

The bed was comfortable and the room was clean.

There was no ice bucket in the room. The only ice machine that worked was by the pool. The continental breakfast was sad.

Night clerk was the rudest human I have encountered in a long time. She was literally fighting with a guest outside my door the first night I was there.

Good location, dirty facility

The location of the hotel was within walking distance of alot of resturants and facilities

The A/C did not work. The sheets on the bed was very dirty and had spots on it

Disappointing

While we were checking in, the receptionist answered her personal phone and had a conversation with them the whole time. When we went to check out, there was no one around, not even in the breakfast area around the corner even though breakfast was being served at the time. We waited around 30 minutes and I finally placed the card on the reception desk instead of on the reception countertop because there were other people in the lobby and I didn’t want my card getting misplaced and to be charged extra.

Overall a nice stay. Nothing super exceptional, but it's a pretty clean and comfy place to rest.

The location was convenient, the beds were comfortable, and the room was overall pretty clean. The staff was also super friendly. Some other reviews complained about smells, but our room didn't have any odors in it.

The road noise was pretty loud. There were also some things about the property that seemed to not be in the best repair (half of our window had a ton of condensation on it and there were a few other minor maintenance things outside the building).

don’t stay here. pay more and go across the street!

Nothing! this property should not be listed. Our first room was filthy dirty and looked like a crack house room. the toilet was scary and the tub had water standing in it. the furniture was chip and looked like it was someone’s second had stuff. The bed In that room looked like a csi crime scene. the smell in this room was worse than an ashtray. it stank! after returning to the office saying we could not take that room the said we got upgraded to the 3 floor which was the room used in the pictures on booking. It was much better. but not great.

Many people were living at this hotel. it had some questionable activities going on. that the reviews on booking was misleading. once we got int South Carolina I found the real reviews. they all said the same thing. Don’t stay here! I wish I had gotten pictures but I was in shock!

I liked how clean the room was and the water pressure and hotness of the shower water

There were signs all over the hotel saying it was a non smoking hotel but as soon as you entered any hall, the smell of Marijuana hit you in the face and you could smell it strongly in the room as well
