Location. It’s off the town center within walking distance. Perfect location for a walk back to hotel after a meal hunt in town.
The room was on the 4th floor. I was wondering why until the reception gentleman told us we can drive our car upwards till right in front of our room. Perfect.

Large room, and the hot tub was so relaxing after a long day of walking.
The breakfast was not good, the sausage was not fully cooked, the coffee was not good. The eggs were watery.

The motel is old . The outside needs refurbishing ASAP. Staff were OK.The breakfast was fine. Parking was close to our rooms. The rooms were fine. The price was outrageously high, but I guess everything in Gatlinburg is.
