The facility was centrally located in downtown Gatlinburg.
The room was not clean. Staff had left their cleaning products in the room. The tv wouldn’t connect to the internet, so it didn’t work. I paid in cash at check in and at check out they charged my card for the full price again. Luckily I caught the mistake before leaving the property.

Was very conveniently located in downtown close to everything you’d want to do. Room was clean and smelled nice when entering.
Hard to find parking and lots of foot traffic. Which was somewhat expected.

Breakfast was fair (mostly grab & go with seating arrangements in addition). Location is great. Hotel is clean & nice.
Breakfast was fair, but they wont refill soon when items will be out. Staff response was very positive when requested for extra pillows & towels etc (they were exchanging looks as if we have more occupants that specified in reservation, without knowing the fact) as we had an infant with us. TV, Phone, coffee makers etc was not working and for everything their response was we can come & check (these should have been checked before putting the room open for booking). Parking can be a challenge sometimes.

I liked the location it was right on the strip
First the staff was rude and anytime we had a question they looked at us like we were stupid and was short with an answer after the fact they stared at us for many moments like we belligerent the hot tub was out so that was a big downer and the heat and air unit was acting crazy the whole time also if you planned on eating the "free breakfast" it was a joke and we just turned around amd went and paid for it somewhere else

Location is good
The outside noises carried into the room. I don’t think we slept the entire stay. Between people outside our room at 2am and the trash pick up at 2:30am plus no fault of the hotel at all the birds I swear sound so beautiful all day, but all night long they are so loud 🥴

Was told there was no breakfast found out there was a breakfast, pool was supposed to be heated and it was cold the Jacuzzi was broke, our window was held up by tape and it was a plexi glass window

They were going through a remodel apparently and were having some issues, when we first checked in they gave us keys that did not work to a room that was already occupied and then the next day after being out for most of the day we got back and our keys wouldn't work again. Just inconvenient.

None of the ice machines worked, dirty room along with a dirty refrigerator when we arrived. Tv was very small with very poor reception, very low lighting in the room that was supposedly just remodeled. Very upset about our stay in this hotel.

The location cannot be beat! The staff has been very nice both times we’ve stayed here. They have updated and are making progress. The breakfast was nice. Parking was better this year.
They have made many, many updates BUT have overlooked small details. The popcorn ceiling was falling in our room, the soaps in the shower and sink area had old hardened soap dripping down. There were coffee spots on the counter, nail polish in the sink, stains in the tub and wallpaper peeling. Pool heater broken.

The water pressure in the bathroom was terrible adjusting the hot cold was terrible. The key card to get into the door stopped working like four times we had to redo it one of the cleaners for the hotel. Walked in our room, unannounced.

Bed was very comfortable, but bring extra pillows.
The parking lot had an area blocked for some reason, so you had to walk a good distance to your room.(No elevator where we were). There is no ice machine in site, it was on the 5th floor in another building behind mine.
The bathroom was recently renovated very poorly. The bathtub was dirty looking, vanity was sad. No face clothes anywhere.
The room was newly carpeted and wallpapered, which was good.
Air conditioner was above the bed on one side with a cord hanging down towards your head.
Can't just put lipstick on a pig.
The staff were dismissive and breakfast was pitiful.

They canceled my reservation on me without notifying me so I had to search for a place to stay when we got there. She said she tried to call me but not once did my phone ring.

Did not eat at hotel because it was only a continental breakfast.
The trash dumpsters under our rooms in building C were emptied every morning between 2 am and 4 am. Bummer.
There were several stains on the new carpet and the air conditioner was leaking on carpet.
