The Budget Inn is exactly what it states. A budget room for very good value. Comfortable bed, clean linen, towels, air conditioning, television, and plenty of hot water. The bathroom was clean.
There is no coffee or morning breakfast. But there is shampoo, a hair dryer, ample parking. The location is convenient to the major highways and plenty of good restaurants nearby.
It was the "Budget Inn"--- so the room was not huge, the air conditioner was a little old, but the plumbing worked perfectly and the staff were friendly.

The staff was very nice and helpful.
No coffee. The air conditioner pointed to the bottom of the bed and I couldn't lock the windows.
