Very clean, looking like new, big bedrooms
They charge $15/day for internet in the bedroom, unless you become a member of their reward program. Wi-fi was unstable on daily basis, hard to use even for basic personal needs.

I loved the rooftop view.
Breakfast was too expensive. It was in the lobby/restaurant. We did not eat at the hotel.

Location, bed was comfortable, cookies at front desk was an added touch, we asked for a later checkout at noon which they were willing to change.
The staff.
At the front desk Sunday the woman who did my checkout did not offer me a copy of the bill for review. So I asked her for a copy of the bill and she said she had already closed the screen so I had to tell her I want a copy to review anyway. It was then she pulled up and printed me a copy.
In the dining room at breakfast on Sunday I asked the waiter if he would make me an omelet and the guy said ‘no’. A few minutes later I saw another diner with an omelet
When we were ready to leave our room 1124, I called the concierge to ask if they could bring up a trolly because we had a lot of items. The guy’s answer was “We don’t have the staff to bring up a luggage trolley but you can come down and get one yourself. When we got down to the lobby, it was practically empty and there were 3 bellmen in the front standing around.
In all three cases your staff was just lazy about taking an extra step to give us quality service.
