Clean & comfy but you will be awaken by conversations/sounds in AC vent system & paper thin walls.

The beds were very comfortable.

The unannounced valet parking. The multiple sounds throughout the night tunneling through the AC vent system was not pleasant. A conversation between 2 loud men was hears at 4 am. It's unsure if they were next door or if the conversation was heard through the AC vent. A door closed around 5am and sounded like it was in our room. The overall material used to build the hotel is of poor quality. I can only imagine this is the same for other aloft hotels, however I am not willing to pay to test this out at any aloft location.

I always stay in Aloft in every city i find it but this time they disappointed me

I didn’t have breakfast here

That when i arrived i asked the staff if I chose to extend my stay can I they said yes But next day i was in a rush to get to a dr appt they told me no That i had to check out then book again which became more pricey

I would stay at this hotel again because of my overall experience but a little less business like, a little more PR goes

The location and shuttle every 1/2 hr made very convenient because I needed to board a plane early the next morning. It was also easy to check in and out. The facilities were very clean and sound proof so I felt comfortable and slept well. The bartender that put in a salad order for me provided excellent service.

There was a frig but no microwave, which I needed but may have overlooked when reading the amenities when I booked the room. Because there was no microwave I opted to go to the down stairs restaurant. I saw there was a bar but it wasn’t clear to me this was where I order food, I felt a bit awkward figuring out what to do. I have to say, the bar tender who took my order made it easy and was very polite. Also, although the staff at the front desk did answer my questions, they could have been a little more friendly. I was in town for my Sister’s memorial service feeling emotional and this was my first time at this hotel, I was confused about a couple of things, being less business like and not assuming I knew where the restaurant is for instance, would have been helpful.

Wasn’t horrible, served it’s purpose. Most definitely overpaid. 3.5 star rating at best

It was a good place to stay I would stay again

Location was great, all the staff I encountered was very friendly, and clean. They have ways bar and restaurant located in the hotel. I did not try the food.

The room next to us was a long stay residence assuming employee they had a dog that kept barking, called front desk they offered to move us but we were only staying one more night didn’t want to pack up and move.

Great Staff

The concierge staff are amazing! When we could not figure out the parking process, the staff was patient with us and helped us learn about the parking app.

When we arrived, we couldn't find parking, and the 2 open spots were too small for our car.Ww didn't realize until later that there is a parking lot in the back.

My stay was nice. I loved the view, and the room.

I wasn't told about the 13.00 dollar parking fee, and my credit was charged an extra 16.00 dollars and I was never explained that until I called back to see why. I didn't like those hidden fees.

Not what I expected.

The room was not clean. There were poop stains on the bathroom shower wall. The room had a foul odor. The parking was also not great and overpriced for far away parking. I will be working on getting my money back the place is not as advertised.

Clean, good bar and bar staff, felt safe and super convenient free shuttle to the airport. If you need a place to stay near the airport, I recommend it.

Great hotel!

Location was great! Very close to the Love Field Airport. The bed was pretty comfortable with very plush pillows! Room was clean and the vibe was very modern!

The shower floor looked like it was dirty or stained.
