The breakfast was unexpectedly better than what is served at most corporate hotels.
The facilities are average compared to other hotels at this price point. The overnight parking is quite expensive.

Room was stylish, modern,and everything was in good repair. Location was very convenient to the Art District and every museum was within walking distance.
They spring a 40 dollar per day parking fee on you. It's effectively a bait and switch tactic. You think you are getting a great deal on a room only to find out after fees you are paying what every other hotel room in the area costs. Booking.com did not mention the parking fees.
The walls are also super thin and poorly insulated and you hear it everytime your neighbor runs the water or flushes the toilet. My neighbor kept waking us up all night long.
