An excellent stay with luxurious amenities and first-rate service. Top choice for Dayton OH.

The Marriott at the University of Dayton impressed with its outstanding design and top-notch service. The spacious rooms, luxurious marble bathrooms, and the relaxing hot tub beside the pool were highlights of our stay. Free WiFi and convenient parking added to our comfort.

The rates can feel a bit high, and the drink prices at the bar are on the pricier side, which might not correspond with the overall value offered.

over priced but there were no other good options

breakfast was good better than most hotels.

Rooms were very small and cramped. Bathroom had a glass door so the light lit up the whole room. Since there are not many options in Dayton they over charge you for the room.

Other than near the Curran center, I wouldn't recommend this hotel. disappointing Marriot experience

Boring hotel ,cold and unwelcoming. Hardly any lobby gathering place. Lots of open unfurnished lobby space. very spread out rooms, far from lobby. the rooms could not have been more unwelcoming, not sure why I was pu in a handicap room, which had its own limitations...no hook in bath. walls were paper thin, two sets of guests next door during our stay, loud talking and music for each set of guests.

We had a great weekend and found Dayton easy to navigate.

Food and service was great.

When I ask for a handicapped accessible room, DON’T put me in THE FARTHEST ROOM POSSIBLE FROM THE FRONT DOOR!!! Absolutely unacceptable.

Nice room comfortable beds.

Pool was dirty from people getting in with dirty feet outside. Loud convention took up entire lobby. Couldn't even talk to person sitting next to you food is restaurant was really really bad. Cake was dry and mac and cheese was terrible I suggest switching from pork belly to Panchetta the "meat" in my mac and cheese was all fat. And the bathroom door should not be glass there's no privacy in the bathroom

One of my favorite stays! I enjoyed EVERYTHING about this property!

So many things! It was extremely clean! The beds/bedding were so comfortable that I snoozed our last day a little longer! I loved how updated it was. I loved that there was a restaurant as well as a gift shop. I absolutely loved that there was a porch/balcony. It reminded me of my balcony access at the Marriott Grande Vista! So every time I stepped out it reminded me of when I was in Florida! I got a ground floor room w/porch access! The rooms are on the smaller size but there’s so many wonderful things that it didn’t matter. I also loved that there were multiple parking lots, so I was able to park behind my room. I could easily walk out my porch and around to my car so it made packing up a breeze.! One of my favorite stays ever!

The restaurant/bar staff were very attentive and nice. All hotel staff were kind, professional, and accommodating. As a former housekeeper, the lobby and hotel room were cleaned very well.

The food in the concierge lounge was amazing!

The Concierge lounge and service was amazing! I was able to grab a delicious meal after work each day that included pasta, salad, bread, and dessert. Breakfast was also delicious and convenient. The lounge was comfortable and accommodating for my weekly stay; I didn’t have to leave the hotel for meals. Thank you to the chef and kitchen staff; the food was beyond my expectations! Thank you to concierge staff, as well. The concierge lounge experience was my favorite part of my stay.

The hot tub could have been hotter.
