The stay was fine but I feel like I deserve my money back especially when i always book with you all

My room was 313 and it was roach infested roaches were in my bed

The bugs and I was itching all night and I have pictures and video

Didn’t stay due to drugs being sold In the parking lot. Not a safe place.

Would like a refund. We didn’t even stay at this hotel. We were scared to get out of our vehicle. Drugs being sold in the parking lot. This place should be shut down. We had to spend money to stay at another hotel.

Everything. Drug infested hotel and children were staying/ living there. Was scared to get out of our vehicle. I’ll be contacting corporate as well as the health department to have this place shut down. I want a refund.

Don’t stay here. They need to remodel the whole place or shut it down.

I didn’t like either room. Had to switch rooms because the toilet overflowed 2 times. And the room did not have cable tv like the app said it woul. Then on the last day of our stay the other room keys stopped working. Could not take a shower in the room because the tub was nasty. Looked like someone was smoking in the bathroom and put the ashes out on the side of the tub. Room smelled like cigarettes. Would never stay there again. Should have went to the other hotel beside this one. And no towels or bed sheets in the other room. There workers don’t care.

Clean, convenient, friendly staff.

Convince easy to get to. Staff was very friendly.

After taking a shower I couldn’t get the water to go off completely I had to drown out the noise with the a/c unit.

The other people in the area were having constant parties until 4-5 am.

very bad location, was not clean, dirty floors, if you sit on the toilet it would almost fall over, stunk like mold, cops beating on our door in the middle of the night thinking we were fugitives. people fighting outside, do not recommend for a family or anyone unless you want to get robbed.

Dirty/noisey

The lady at the front desk was very nice. Shower pressure was nice.

Floor hadnt been swept. The fitted sheet had dirt and crumbs on it. The noise in the parking lot kept me up until 1am both nights. The first night someone tried to get in our room about 12:44am. Didn't feel safe at night. Especially with two kids. The TV remote didn't work and it was messed with so you couldn't check the batteries. The only button on the TV that worked was the down channel button.

Walking into the room and it was a lil warm which was great because it was a lil cold out tonight

I really like everything from the staff to this comfy bed
