The view from our room was beautiful. It was easy to ask for a room on a higher floor and definitely improved the stay.
The bed was so soft it was actually hard to sleep in. The pool was still locked in the morning until 9:30am even though it was supposed to open at 7am, the shower and toilets in the pool area women's bathroom were all broken and unusable, and paying $10 just to park at the hotel was pretty annoying.

Location is not kid friendly, no nearby restarants / kids fun places.
Not expected to have car parking fee, it's called out on website onsite parking. the breakfast is not good..

it was clean, it was well maintained, & it had a restaurant & bar.
I felt racially discriminated on. I arrived at the bar at 1030 on Saturday. I was told the kitchen was closed which was ok. however there were people drinking at the bar & the server said it was too late to order a drink. there were several others drinking but she refused to serve me anything other than a beer.

Pool and lounge area was really nice. hotel was beautiful and the room was as well. also the tv has Netflix and all the other apps.
Legends which is the restaurant in the hotel. the food was horrible, we waited for fries and they came out hard and old. boneless chicken was more like popcorn chicken small bite size pieces of gross-ness.

The location was close to our conference. The township over the bridge is a 5 min walk. The walking tracks along the river were scenic, safe and a great way to see Conshocken.
The prices of beverages at the bar were $$$ steep. Got around this by visiting the bar over the bridge.

The only (somewhat) pleasant experience I can comment about is the fact the hotel manager approached me after the room I had booked was unavailable.
My main issue with this property is that they did not honor my reservation for an accessible room.

I loved the pool and hot tub it was amazing and quiet. The restaurant inside the hotel was also great and the food was amazing. I will definitely be back.

Room was quiet, clean and comfortable

I thought the breakfast was expensive, I would preferred to have options with just toast and coffee as opposed to a full $19 buffet. Bar prices were costly too.
Fridge was noisy and didn't cool at all so I shut it off.
Internet is free in most hotels at this price point in Europe, I did signup for Bonvoy but it would have been nice to have complementary WIFI.

front desk staff was not great. when I checked in there were 3 people at the desk but only 1 was taking customers. i sent something to be printed and instead of printing it in advance they waited till I checked out to print it.

The bedroom was extremely comfortable, clean and updated.
The customer service of the front desk was superb.
Pool was a onus but could use some improvement.
The fact that I had to pay for Wi-Fi
The Breakfast buffet was ridiculously expensive for basic BF

The property was a short distance to the location that where I needed to be.
Upon entering the hotel we noticed the cleanliness was not up to par and for the amount of money spent for this to be a Marriott hotel I was very disappointed. We Drove in 4 hours and after a long exhausting day we found a dead bug in the couch bed and we had our children in the hotel however they did accommodate with a switch of rooms- new room we did see mold in the vents in the bathroom & toilet. Shower water was coming leaking out with pink residue.Refrigerator not cold at all😩 (this was 100 degree’s weather ‼️ Just NOT WHAT is expected for a Marriott and for $317 . The offered to a free nights stay at any Marriott THAT we have yet to receive!! Save your money.
