Courtyard by Marriott Louisville East

It was a great hotel and highly recommend!

It was beautiful! I sat in the court yard before my daughter’s game and it was so relaxing!

The room was nice clean and modern. The staff were warm and welcoming. Their general manager was exceptionally knowledgeable and helpful.

Breakfast could have been better..

Water pressure was terrible in the shower 1-10

Overall, the property close to the interstate.

The pullout sofa bed was hard to open, and when it did open, several screws fell out. The toilet handle had to be held down in order to completely flush for several seconds. Originally, when I booked, there were no charges and due to them selling out prior to my arrival, they charged me for a night. Stay without calling to ask my permission. This was after I had already verified my check in in the room that I would have a few days prior. I called ahead to finish paying the rest of my room to make sure that it didn’t get canceled as many others had for different services. I then proceeded to receive an additional transaction which was described to me as an incidental charge that would be returned upon my checkout and still has yet to be returned. If you’re going to stay here, make sure that you have additional fun that you will not need just in case they find a reason for other erroneous issues.
