I wish I could have stayed longer!

Property was beautiful and well maintained.

Didn’t like that housekeeping came in at 8:30/9 am and removed my sheets while I was out having breakfast. I hadn’t checked out and was still very much comfortable n the room. All of my stuff was still out throughout the whole room and they came and took all my sheets away. I’ve never seen a property so this before. Once they entered the door and saw my belongings they should have vacated immediately. This made me feel rushed and I was there to relax.

We had a terrible time with the service at the bar. I was hoping I could speak to someone regarding the situation we had with a staff member. My husband was refused service TWICE for not having a valid ID. He has not one - but two (a back up) ID's that he showed and the reason that the bartender refused him was because he could not see the hologram. Tennessee ID"s do not have a clear hologram and he felt embarrassed for being denied when his documentation is valid. Extremely disappointed in the service and attitude of the bartender. With the title of Ritz- you would think that you could have an electronic ID verifier if ID's are too difficult for the bartenders to read. This happened within 30 mins of checking in to the hotel and absolutely put a damper on our evening.

Wonderful staff, great food

Dated, dingy rooms. Dirty balconies and windows. Mold in the tin corners.
