We had to stay there on Easter unexpectedly and my kids were thrilled to see the Easter Bunny, I was so happy they even got an egg hunt. Your staff is amazing and we all loved our time staying there. There is so much stuff to do and I loved having the shuttle to the Lionshead to ski for the day.
Well, when I went to check out, they ran my card again and said it was declined, even though I purchased the room online before I showed up. Then I provided another form of payment, and was charged on that card too, so right now I have two pending charges for the same room/night for $460 on my credit card and $454.14 on my debit card. I am not sure how to get this fixed so that brought me here.

Fitness center. Hot tub was large and great!
Pool wasn't open. It isn't ideal to walk across the parking lot to play pool, work out etc...
