All is good but shower in the room can be improved, shower head leaks badly. Spray water all over floor could make floor slippery

I went here for the chris brown concert with my girlfriend and it was not far from the parking lot that we had to drive too. The location was right downtown so everything was within walking distance
Only one single elevator for everyone to use so it was a long wait to get on.

Reasonably priced parking. Friendly staff.
Tiny room. Noisy room (some sort of device like a pump, under the sink, running 24/7)
Low quality breakfast with questionable nutritional values.
Lots of flaking paint & failing surfaces in the bathroom.
A case of you get what you pay for, but still too expensive for what you get.
