The access to the train and dining was great. The staff were also knowledgeable of the area.
I didn't like the smell of the lotion and soap in the room but that's a preference.

This was one of the most unique hotels I've stayed in. Room was exceptional for the price in quality and size.
I wanted to tip the room cleaner but I couldn't find cash anywhere in this cashless hotel. The person's name on the room card provided was not an option to pick to tip. I ended up just tipping the front desk. Maybe do it by room number, instead of name? Also, the front drop off area is a mess.

The location was great! Close to the mall and restaurants for shopping.
The coffee machine in the rooms were outdated and the coffee was not good. Had to go to the lobby and buy coffee. The coffee shop was delicious though.

Only stayed because my daughter's competition was here.
This place needs an overhaul. I arrived at check in time and still waited 40 minutes for a room. The room was hot even though my AC was set at 66. The shower has poor pressure and the drain was slow. The elevators were constantly out of order. Trash in the hallways and overflowing by the elevators constantly.
