good family hotel, but needs to update to have a/c and better mattresses

the pool was great, friendly staff, big rooms, nice views, good location.

The bed was really uncomfortable. no a/c so it was very hot in the rooms and almost too hot to sleep

this is a comfortable place in a quiet convenient location and reasonably priced when specials are offered.

i love the location. And the layout of the rooms is good and has just about everything one needs. some units have good views. the staff were extremely helpful and responsive.

I don’t like that there is no way to reserve or guarantee a particular room (with water view vs eastern view). and I really don’t like the noisy mechanical equipment on the south side of the building that runs 24/7. fortunately the staff went out of their way to move us to a quieter unit after the first night. (I am especially sensitive to mechanical sounds. maybe other people wouldn’t mind it).

so bad it didn't even start

nothing, we left shortly after arrival

no facilities and flooding problems meant we weren't able to stay. we were pointed at Raintree head office to resolve it but no response to any telephone calls or messages

One night great. one not so due to heat problems

very good location. great staff. room design awesome.

The heat did not work. The staff was wonderful in trying to remedy the situation with no success. The last night temp in room never more then. 60 degrees.

Great place to stay!

Stayed here in May and delighted to be back in October with my daughter visiting from Germany. A very special get-a-way. The washer and dryer were appreciated.

Great couple escape

Excellent water view room, with well equipped kitchen. Very helpful front desk staff.

Internet would connect and disconnect randomly.

Right across from the beach, very clean rooms and friendly staff. Huge pool and hot tub with rooftop deck that was great for the views

We enjoy staying at the Raintree. Very comfy, nice staff, restaurant and good location.

We did have to wait extra long for our room, but did a later check out for that. Also ran out of toilet paper, but no biggy.

Great place, a very nice destination getaway

The accommodations were large, a living room, kitchen, bath, and bedroom, with a lovely deck overlooking the bay. We were very comfortable and plan to return with our grandchildren. We were celebrating an anniversary and we were given a lovely basket of gifts for the occasion with a lovely anniversary card.

Good

I love everything about the place.

No air conditioning. Super hot inside. Hard to sleep at night. When we came in mid April it was hot too. On our way out we saw some guests bringing in their own fans with their luggage. A staff member said to go cool off at the water slides or go to dinner.....to come back to miserably hot place to sleep. Don't think we will be going back until winter time.
