Seeping water in room

Location, good breakfast, plenty of on site free parking. Beds very comfortable. TV channel selection good.

Water seeped into the cupboard from the laundry room next door. Maintenance placed a noisy fan to dry it out in the room for three days. The seeping water continued so it never dried out. Carpets in the cupboard and eventually half the room carpet was soaked.

Poor

Location and the space. Loved the fact that it has a full kitchen.

I was there for 3 night and my toilet did not work. I had to call them EVERYDAY to come fix the toilet. Very inconvenient.

Location was great and it was quiet. Breakfast was good.

I reserved a room with a King bed, but it had a queen. Room needed a more thorough cleaning.

we had a toilet that wouldn’t flush completely and then not at all which isn’t a dislike just an annoyance

Good vibes, loved the suite. Best sleep I’ve had in 3 days and 4 states!

The location is great safe and convenient. Close to a lot of stores and restaurants.

There was a slight smell of old cigarettes in the air but I’m sure it’s just an old hotel wasn’t too awful.

Great location and very nice staff!!

the staff was so nice. They even went as far as bringing my daughter a small ball so she could play with. The facilities were very clean.

The couch in the 2 bedroom suite was small. Our family of 4 didn’t have comfortable places to sit and watch tv. They just went in the rooms to get comfortable to watch some tv.

now I know where to stay next time I travel

breakfast was good, more than expected. with scrambled eggs, toast and butter hard boiled eggs and potatoes juice, coffee and tea cereal and so much more! just like home

I can not find anything to complain about the front desk clerks are very friendly and helpful and the waitresses at breakfast are very nice too

This is a wonderful hotel with great amenities for all!!!

large rooms, basketball court, gazebo, dining area, outdoor Grills. we were able to utilize to dining area for a family gathering for my son’s college graduation.

no restaurants in walking distance had to walk to another building to get to breakfast…not cool if it’s raining or disabled, but good exercise!

Wonderfully quiet. Nice hotel / suite.

Breakfast was good - quite a number of choices. Staff was nice and ale to help with gluten free options. Room was clean and bright. Outside sitting is an option.

A stain on the couch. Burned out light was not fixed quickly (same day).

Good. Quiet and out of the noise of the city.

Included breakfast was good. Several choices. Bright, clean room with enough tables. Outside eating. Nice staff. Bedroom with desk & small but adequate kitchen. Couch.

Great place, would stay again.

The price was GREAT via booking.com. We had to cancel one of the nights, and found that regular rate was over $100 per night more, if not booked thru this site. The convenience of a kitchen and full fridge is great. Rooms were clean and comfortable and BREAKFAST INCLUDED was a full, array of choices. We would certainly stay here again so family from multiple locations can catch up as we relax in the evening. There is a lovely garden space that we did not use, but with a pool, basketball area and lounging in shade.

The change in the reservation from 3 nights to 2 took some phone calls to get billing correct, but it was corrected.

Overall I had a pleasant stay at the hotel.

I enjoyed the complimentary breakfast. The staff was friendly.

I spent two nights at the hotel and did not receive room service. Nobody came to take my trash or my dirty towels. The bed wasn't made.

Great room and breakfast.

I wish you would provide a topper our something more comfortable in the pull out couch. 2 adults had to sleep on it.
