Disapointed with No compensation!!

Walking distance to many places.

I paid $14 per day for secure parking in their lot. The second day there the gate was missing and the lot was no longer secure. Could not find a parking spot. It was a mandatory pay for NO service. On the second night stay, we had a power outage. The room went completely dark for several hours. Had to use the flashlight on my phone to find the bathroom. The hallways were extremely dim as well.

The bathroom is too close to bed and no door in front. If you need to use it in the middle of the night you wake up partner with light.

I had wished for a special experience and was disappointed when we arrived that I had to clean the room, countertops and

The pool, fitness room and breakfast was great! The beds were comfortable and it was quiet

The kitchen in our room was very dirty, sticky counter tops and door handles and the coffee machine was not cleaned. Dishes were missing and the kitchen was not fully equipped.

Nice accommodation, great for families.

Great location to visit downtown Redmond. Easily accessible and parking available for a charge.

Parking could be free - there are numerous free car parks close by so seems strange for Residence Inn to charge customers extra for this.

Great location, good staff, clean room, slow elevator, friendly.

Location is highly walkable, plenty of shopping and restaurants, grocery stores, library, green spaces/parks and trails in walking distance. Front desk staff friendly and knowledgeable. Room quite clean, no allergy problems.

Hotel interior shows some wear and tear, elevator is extremely slow. Guest laundry requires lots of quarters although front desk has the coins on hand for purchase. Dog walking area exists but is quite limited.

Great location, comfy room. I'll be returning on my next business trip.

The staff was friendly and helpful. They were able to accommodate my special request. Location was great...right next to the town center/restaurants. Plenty of parking.

The only problem I had was that I was on the ground floor and the blinds did not close completely so someone could "peek" in but I fixed that during my stay.

clean and spacious suit for my family( 5 members) additional crib was supplied upon request and was replaced when I could not put it together! customer request line responded fast to our request! was a nice stay!

Very nice!

I enjoyed the layout of the room. It was well maintained and cozy. The beds were very comfortable. The breakfast had various options to choose from. We were even able to grab a couple if drinks at the restaurant nearby. Would definitely stay here again.

Good value, great rooms.

Excellent room, with two full bedrooms and attached bathrooms to each room and 3 TVs and fully functional kitchen. It's a great deal. Breakfast was hot and had a table tennis table and gym for activities right next to Redmond town center.

They advertise free grocery delivery, there's nothing unique about that, you need to have an account with grocery delivery companies. Grocery delivery happens on all locations. Their elevator is busted, so good luck if your room is on the opposite side of working elevator. No bacon in breakfast, also menu doesn't rotate. Staff is polite but not helpful much. It's just one person at anytime.

Great stay, would absolutely stay again!

Excellent breakfast! Comfortable bed. Even pull out couch bed was pretty comfortable.

There was a previously opened bottle of lotion under our sink, but not a huge deal

Proximity to Redmond Town Center. Some of the staff members were nice.

While most of the staff members were great. few of them didn't even bother to greet me. likely due to racism stemming from COVID-19.
