The staff were very attentive and amazing. Smiles and warm energy everyday. The management team checked in via text and accommodated my requests quickly. While I was traveling for work, they made the experience seamless.
No in-room safe or at least I couldn’t find one. There was also no rack or thing to place your luggage.

Decent place for the price. Clean sheets, good location. Staff person was apologetic for the slow check-in, and walked me over to help me find the breakfast menu and elevators
Lobby smelled like weed. Yuck. I got there at "shift change" and waited at least 10 minutes in the smelly lobby waiting for the computer to load (I don't think it was the employee's fault)? And the bed sank down in the middle so it was weird. Also they didn't give me the crib I asked for.

The environment is always nice and pleasant
The room was available 30 minutes after check in with no compensation such as extra stay time given. The shower faucet was stiff and didn’t seal correctly leading to poor water pressure from the shower head.
