Bed was comfortable

I ordered room service and the food was horrible. The cheese plate was just thrown into a box, cheese and bread everywhere. it was gross

8 / 10Excellent·Oct 2026

Very clean, great location, Starbucks on site, employees were very professional.

Mobile ordering for room service would say it was down due to POS failure, there should be water in the room for even if we’re charged if we consume it. There was nothing to eat between 12am- 6 am, there should be option to order something as simple as pizza or charcuterie, horrible pillows.

5 / 10·Jul 2026

I ordered room service. It was in plastic napkins, plastics holder.

The room felt dated and would benefit from an update, as the furniture appeared quite worn. Given the high price point of $350, I felt the quality of the accommodation did not offer good value for the money.
